Fixed-price audit for manufacturing companies

In five working days you will know
where your money is going.

You lose hours every week to manual double work. The process audit makes your three most time-consuming workflows visible, calculates the cost in euros, and shows you what to automate first.

Fixed price. Delivered five working days after the kick-off call.

Does this sound familiar?

Quotes are written by hand. Data travels by email between the ERP and Excel. One person knows the process and everyone else waits on them. As long as nobody knows the numbers, the effort stays invisible. That is exactly where the audit starts.

What you get

01

Process map

Your three most time-consuming workflows made visible: steps, people involved, and every media break.

02

Savings calculation in euros

Cost per year, calculated with your real labour costs. Not an estimate pulled from a catalogue.

03

Prioritised roadmap

What to automate first, what can wait, and what you should leave alone.

How it works

Step 1

Preparation

Once payment is received you get the checklist and the data collection file. Then a 90-minute call by video.

Step 2

Analysis

Analysis of your workflows and tools. No access to your systems required.

Step 3

Handover

Handover of the document and a walkthrough of the results by video.

Preparing for your audit

A checklist before the kick-off call. It takes about 60 minutes. The more complete your preparation, the more accurate the process map, savings calculation, and roadmap.

Seven points before our call

  • Name a process owner, the person who runs the workflows day to day
  • Create a software list: ERP, email, Excel, CRM, industry tools
  • Prepare three sample documents: a quote, an order confirmation, an invoice (anonymised is fine)
  • Note your volumes: quotes, orders, and invoices per month
  • Have labour costs ready: fully loaded hourly rate for the people involved
  • Write down the three most disruptive workflows, one sentence each
  • List owner decisions: price approvals, order approvals, payment runs, complaints

How the kick-off call runs

90 minutes, by video.

0 to 10 min
The frame: goal, the five-day schedule, confidentiality.
10 to 30 min
Your company, your systems, and your owner decisions at a glance.
30 to 70 min
Your three workflows live on a shared screen, from trigger to result.
70 to 80 min
Confirming the numbers: volumes, hourly rate, cost of errors.
80 to 90 min
Next steps and a date for the results review on day five.

I do not need access to your systems. Everything comes from the call, your sample documents, and screen sharing. I only record the call with your consent.

Who runs your audit

Klaus Schwarzkopf

Software developer, automation engineer and author

Your audit is not run by a junior with a checklist. It is run by someone who spent 30 years building production systems, not prototypes. Systems that go live, handle real data, and keep running when nobody is watching.

My path started in industrial automation: chemical plants at AkzoNobel, then two decades of software development and systems engineering at precision-technology firms like Sensortherm and tec5. I know how a manufacturing operation actually works, not from a textbook but from the inside.

So when I look at your three workflows, I do not just see clicks to save. I see the point where things break at 11pm on a Tuesday when nobody is around. I know what breaks and I know what holds. That judgement is what goes into your roadmap.

Every implementation is GDPR compliant, with European hosting on request and confidentiality assured by contract.

From the same playbook

The audit runs on a method. The method is a book.

The 80/20 Automation Blueprint is the thinking behind every audit: find the 20% of processes causing 80% of the operational drag, and automate those first. The audit applies that exact method to your business.
